Passion For Helping Others
“I believe this is my calling. From a young age, I had a natural ability to help people process their emotions. During college, I experienced my own mental health challenges, struggling with feelings of isolation. That experience opened my eyes to how many people—especially men—silently battle their struggles alone. My mission is to be a light in that darkness, ensuring that others don’t have to go through it alone.”

Interests & Personal Values
Outside of his work as a therapist, Steven is passionate about:
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – Training in discipline and resilience
- Lifting Weights – Supporting both physical and mental well-being
- Nerd Culture – Enjoying Marvel, DC, Star Wars, and anime
- Faith & Mental Health – Integrating Christianity with psychological well-being
As a therapist, Steven believes in meeting clients where they are. Whether they prefer structured solutions, deeper emotional exploration, or interactive exercises, he adapts therapy to fit their needs.
