Jennifer Trepp, MS, LMSW

Therapist

Jennifer Trepp is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Texas, offering compassionate, trauma-informed care for individuals navigating life’s challenges. Her approach to therapy is rooted in deep presence, genuine curiosity, and the belief that healing begins when clients feel truly seen, heard, and accepted.

Education & Professional Background

Originally from New York, Jennifer now calls Texas home after nearly two decades of life and professional growth in the Lone Star State. She began her career in education, but it wasn’t until she discovered the field of social work that she found her true passion: helping others navigate their emotional worlds with depth, purpose, and heart.

Jennifer earned her Master of Science in Social Work from Daemen University. She brings both lived experience and professional training to her work, offering clients a steady, supportive presence during times of transition, loss, or inner struggle.

Why Jennifer Became A Therapist

“I went on my own healing journey, and through that experience, I discovered the incredible power of therapy to create lasting change. Helping people in a deep and meaningful way, witnessing their growth, their strength, and their transformation, is what motivates me every day.”

Client-Centered Values

Jennifer understands that therapy can feel vulnerable, especially in the beginning. She prioritizes building trust and creating a space where clients feel emotionally safe. She welcomes and values feedback, believing that honest dialogue helps strengthen the therapeutic relationship and support deeper healing.

Outside The Therapy Room

When she’s not working, Jennifer enjoys walking in nature, spending time with her family and friends, and staying grounded through moments of quiet reflection.
